Compensation·
$400.00 hourly rate for arbitrator or mediator services ($3,000 per day). Mediator fee to be divided equally among the parties. Charges for hearing, conference, and study time; no charge for travel time. Cancellation fee may apply, when specified, for cancellation on short notice. No cancellation fee for mediations scheduled for one day or less.

To engage Mr. Mills as a neutral, please e-mail him at lmills@mms-seattle.com and include the names of the parties, the names and contact information of the attorneys for the parties, and the preferred dates for the arbitration or mediation. Mr. Mills will conduct a conflict check, make any disclosures, and, if there is no objection following the disclosures, confirm the arrangements for the dispute resolution proceeding.
